Toy Car Project
Description
In this project we had to design and build a toy car in Autodesk Inventor. The toy car had to fit inside a 4 by 3 by 2 inch box, had to have at least 2 parts that attach together, and the wheels must but part of the chassis or connected to an axle. We were required to brainstorm ideas, sketch out those ideas and then use inventor to build and then create sketches of the toy car.
Brainstorming list
For our brainstorming we looked up three possible cars.
One was a hotwheels car called the Twin Mill, the second was the Zenvo ST1, and the third was the Ferrari 453
All of the cars where found by looking up the videogame Forza Horizon 3. (Just a fun fact) :D

Conclusion
When I first used inventor I had no idea what to do. The only things that I knew how to do where the sketches and extrusions. However during this I learned how to used 3D sketching which takes an extreme amount of time to complete, which I learned the hard because I ran out of time doing the 3D sketches. The 3D sketches help a lot to create smooth surfaces but the processes and getting there takes a long time, time of which we did not have on this project. I do hope to learn more about using the 3D drawings and how I can better create a car other than using extrusions and 2D sketches.
